Precision Medical Inc is seeking a Sales and Operations Analyst responsible for providing financial guidance and analysis in support of Precision Medical’s business operations.

This position is based in Northampton, PA. Candidate must reside within commuting distance to the corporate headquarters. This position is open to U.S. Workers Only. Major Areas of Accountability

  • Provide Financial and analytical support to functional areas.
  • Create reports to analyze company financial performance.
  • Perform analysis on profitability, revenue trends and other periodic ad-hoc projects.
  • Analyze production costs and product profitability on both new and existing products.
  • Work with Sales team to establish and review product pricing.
  • Create financial models to assess the financial impacts of pricing scenarios on revenue, margin and profitability.
  • Review and approve sales commission payouts.
  • Develop, maintain and analyze cos accounting framework including labor and OH rates to ensure proper job/product costing.
  • Collect and analyze operational cost data.
  • Provide financial and job cost analysis.
  • Provide support for inventory management.
  • Complete standard inventory revaluations.
  • Calculate excess and obsolete inventory reserves.
  • Monitor inventory levels, reserves, and variances to standard costs.
  • Act as administrator for Insurance, Credit Card/Banking and Travel
  • Assist with cash management and banking processes.
  • Provide support to internal users on A/P, A/R processes including collections.
  • Assist with sales tax compliance.
  • Protects organization’s value keeping information confidential.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration is highly preferred.
  • 5-7 years’ experience working in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience working with ERP systems.
  • Proficiency in computer skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook).
  • Knowledge of manufacturing process and inventory management.
  • Experience with Standard Costing.
